  I signed up last March 2017. About a week later I injured my back and sent my son to cancel my membership with a letter I had typed. Well they never cancelled my membership and charged me over $100 for a gym that I did not even use for ONE DAY. I had not checked my account until I was looking for something else in my bank statement and noticied all these charges. I spoke with manager but he said he could not help me and to reach out to corporate, I called corporate and they said they could not help me and to contact manager they had me bouncing from one person to the next. I really was excited to be able to work out here when I got better. But someone failed to do their job and cancel my membership and I had to pay the high price. I would like for a manager to contact me and discusd what can be done about this.
